Rachel McMillan, Senior Associate

Rachel joined Parisi Tax in 2020 having worked at large national firms for over 6 years. She is an excellent technical lawyer and delivers her advice in a user-friendly way.

She specialises in all tax aspects of M&A work including seller and buyer tax planning, advising on tax covenant and warranties and advising on employment related securities. She also advises on property tax matters and employee share incentives.
