James Collinson, Senior Associate

James joined Parisi Tax in 2023 having worked at international firms for over 8 years.

He specialises in all tax aspects of M&A work including seller and buyer tax planning, group re-organisations and reconstructions, advising on tax covenants and warranties and advising on employment related securities and other employee share incentives. He also advises on the tax aspects of loan facility agreements and property tax matters.
