Helen Hibbert, Senior Associate

Helen joined Parisi Tax as a Senior Associate in 2026, having worked at international law firms since 2016. She she has over 10 years of experience working in Tax generally, including working within a Big 4 accountancy firm.

She specialises in the design and implementation of employee share incentive plans and advises on all tax aspects of M&A work including seller and buyer tax planning, tax covenants and warranties, and employment related securities. She also advises on the tax aspects of loan facility agreements and property tax matters.
