Advising Accountancy Firms
We provide tax legal services for the legal departments of some of the Big Four accountants.
We also provide specialist tax advice for the clients of smaller accountancy firms, many of whom provide tax services but may require support in relation to very specialist tax or legal advice such as:-
- advising on the more technical aspects of SEIS and EIS;
- advising on more bespoke employee share incentive arrangements;
- providing legal drafting related to tax (for example in relation to employee share incentives including growth shares);
- providing second opinions on complex tax planning issues.
